How to Get
Masked Great-Hammer Memory drops from clearing the Watermelon Defense multi quest in the SmashGrow Summer 2026 event.
- Progress the Summer 2026 event story to chapter 2.
- Enter Watermelon Defense through the multi board.
- Clear the quest and check the reward screen for the Memory drop and multi point rewards.
Treat this as a limited event farm. Do not plan to finish the Memory after the Summer event window closes unless it returns later.
Best Uses
Spell magic carry
Use Masked Great-Hammer Memory when your main damage dealer can turn spell damage into faster clears.
Purple slot fit
The purple fit and high magical attack line are the main keep reasons when you need a strong purple slot during the event.
Event progression
Farm it while clearing Watermelon Defense for multi point rewards instead of as a standalone stamina sink.
Plant-family stages
Plant-family resistance helps in content dominated by plant enemies, such as the event watermelon stages.
Should You Farm or Upgrade It?
Farm Masked Great-Hammer Memory while you are already running Watermelon Defense for the multi point track. It is not worth burning the whole event window only on this drop if your purple slot is already strong or your team cannot clear safely.
Upgrade it when:
- the spell damage bonus is active on your daily magic carry
- the purple slot fit is clean
- you expect to keep using spell damage after the event
If your account is moving toward a different elemental plan, keep one usable copy and stop spending scarce upgrade materials.

| Lizardman | You want a purple Light spell support with high recovery magic | Different damage identity, still a strong purple comparison |

FAQ
Is Masked Great-Hammer Memory better than Ryuuou?
Not as a blanket rule. Ryuuou remains a stronger purple magic package when you already have it, because it also has a higher magic burst rate and very high magical attack. Masked Great-Hammer is the limited purple option you can still farm now from Watermelon Defense.
What color is Masked Great-Hammer Memory?
Purple. Use it in purple-compatible or flexible Memory slots.
