Chapter Waves and Unlocks
The event opened in three waves. Each wave adds story progress and unlocks more of the event content.
| Date | What opened |
|---|---|
| September 22, 2026 | Event story chapter 1, Garuda strong enemy match, Sacred Arts Series banner |
| September 29, 2026 | Event story chapter 2, Gigantes Army multi quest |
| October 6, 2026 | Event story chapter 3 |
Unlock order matters because the event adventure skills come from story progress. Clearing story first, then running the ruins, the strong enemy match, and the multi quest keeps your damage scaling up instead of fighting the newest boss with level 1 event skills.
Two unlock checks are worth remembering:
- The Garuda strong enemy match opens after clearing event story chapter 1.
- The Gigantes Army multi quest opens after clearing event story chapter 2.
The Giant Monster Ruins Route
The signature mode is the giant monster ruins, a repeatable run with a random layout each attempt.
| Layer | Detail |
|---|---|
| Total floors | 15 floors, compact compared with earlier ruins style events |
| Boss gates | A boss waits every 5 floors |
| Deepest point | Gigantes, the giant monster the event is named for |
| Failure rule | Rewards you already picked up are kept even if the run ends early |
| Shop | A Momonja Shop appears on the route and sells adventure skills and items for monster coins |
| Event door | A branching door adds a special rule and can grant a strong event skill worth three normal upgrades |
Two practical notes. First, the shop is where monster coins turn into power, so bank coins for the shop before spending them anywhere else inside the run. Second, the branching door can hand you a much stronger skill than a normal pickup, which is the cheapest way to push a deeper attempt.
Rewards and the Charm Stone Exchange
Charm stones are the event currency. You earn them from the ruins, the Garuda strong enemy match, and the Gigantes Army multi quest, and you spend them in the event exchange.
| Reward | Charm stones | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Limited accessory (あくまのしっぽ) | 5,000 | 1 time |
| Gems x50 | 500 | 10 times |
| Gigantes stamp | 10,000 | 1 time |
| Gigantes icon frame | 6,000 | 1 time |
Treat the exchange like every other limited shop: take the limited accessory and the gem stacks first, then cosmetics, then filler. The exchange closes with the event, so unused charm stones have no value after October 27, 2026 11:59 JST.
New Memories in This Event
The event adds several limited Memories. The two with the clearest farm routes are tied to the Garuda match and the Gigantes Army multi quest.
| Memory | Where it drops | Main effect |
|---|---|---|
| Gigantes Army (multi quest) | Gigantes Army multi quest | Dark physical damage +7%, top-class recovery magic |
| Garuda (strong enemy match) | Garuda strong enemy match | Earth physical damage +8% |
| Gigantes (ruins) | Giant monster ruins | Event ruins drop |
| Mage Chimera, Shadow | Event drops | Event drop Memories |
The Gigantes Army Memory is the strongest of the group on raw stats because it leads the recovery magic stat line, which makes it a natural fit for a support or hybrid slot rather than a pure damage slot. Confirm the Memory you want before spending repeat runs on one mode, because each mode pays a different Memory.
Event Equipment and Banner
Two new pieces of equipment are tied to the event, plus two limited banner sets.
| Item | Acquisition | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Event accessory (ドクロのゆびわ) | Event drops and exchange | Event accessory |
| Limited accessory (あくまのしっぽ) | Charm stone exchange | Limited accessory |
| Black Condor (ブラックコンドル) | Sacred Arts Series banner | Earth boomerang, weakens enemies |
| Yami no Yari (常闇のやり) | Dark Knight Series banner | Dark spear, first 3-star dark spear |
The current banner guide covers both limited banners and the pull or save decision, and the Black Condor data page covers the earth boomerang.
Daily Loop
- Claim notices, login rewards, and the event login bonus before spending stamina.
- Push the event story if a chapter is still uncleared, because story progress raises the event adventure skills.
- Run the giant monster ruins for monster coins and charm stones.
- Run the Garuda strong enemy match once its missions are clearable.
- Run the Gigantes Army multi quest when you can fill a party.
- Spend charm stones in the exchange before the window closes.
The daily loop is intentionally short. The event pays charm stones from three modes, so rotating them beats grinding one mode to the point where it stops being efficient.
Stop Lines
| Stop when | Why |
|---|---|
| Dailies, notices, or free ticket tracks are unfinished | Those are cheaper limited value than extra ruins runs |
| A boss mission is out of reach | Raise levels and event skills before forcing the mission list |
| Charm stone stock is spent and the exchange is empty | Extra runs stop converting into limited rewards |
| You already have the Memory you wanted | Repeat runs have diminishing return |
| The live timer is close to the end | Confirm the timer before a long final push |

FAQ
Can I still finish the event if I start late?
Yes, but the whole route is open only until October 27, 2026 11:59 JST. Start with the event story so the Garuda match and the Gigantes Army multi unlock, then run the ruins for charm stones. A late start mainly costs you repeat runs, not access.
Do I need the new banner weapons to clear the event bosses?
No. Earth and dark weapons carry the event, and you can cover both with weapons you already own, such as the Sand Spear for earth or a dark weapon from an earlier banner. Pull only when the new weapon fills a real gap on your account.
Which event mode should I farm first?
The ruins first, because they pay both monster coins and charm stones and you can run them solo. Add the Garuda match once your missions are reachable, and add the Gigantes Army multi when you can fill a coordinated party.
